I currently am running 12.5.1(11135), on Windows 10. When I download and start SBP51-win-11319.exe, it brings up the installation wizard and offers me the o Modify o Repair o Uninstall options, but not an install. I have tried both Modify and Repair and still end up back at 12.5.1.
Do I have to uninstall first? Would that wipe erase my settings in the registry and pose any risk?

I ran into this issue a while back.
Turns out the in-software updater for some reason currently doesn’t seem to detect and download the correct version from the TB server.
I’m afraid you’ll likely (as did I) have to go into your account through your web browser and download the 11319 version from the ‘My Downloads’ section of your account page, and then do a fresh re-install. Bit of a pain, but only way, ironically, till the next update…
Would recommend getting backups of your settings usually located:
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Toon Boom Animation
