Only just starting to use Toon Boom Harmony and TvPaint has a mode where you can move the rotary canvas for the current frame so you can compare volumes. When i use it on Harmony, however, it moves all the other frames too. Does anyone know if this is possible?
i’m afraid I can’t offer a more thorough explanation, but I think what you are looking for is the ‘shift and trace’ feature. IMO it’s not very intuitive, but once you are comfortable with sending drawings to the desk it gets much easier.
Double-click within the viewport whose objects you want to rotate.
Make sure that the current UCS is parallel to the plane of rotation (the UCS icon should look normal).
Click View tab Coordinates panel World.
Click View tab Coordinates panel Z.
To rotate the view 90 degrees clockwise, enter 90. Shareit apkVidmate app

Select View > Rotate Plan, or click Rotate Plan from the View bar.
Click to indicate the center of plan rotation, and then click again to indicate the angle of plan rotation. The angle snaps to existing objects.
