Only just starting to use Toon Boom Harmony and TvPaint has a mode where you can move the rotary canvas for the current frame so you can compare volumes. When i use it on Harmony, however, it moves all the other frames too. Does anyone know if this is possible?
PS I am using Alt+Cmd on Mac to rotate and holding space to move around.

I’m in the process of learning harmony as well - welcome to the club! 
I think what you are trying to do is possible using the “desk” tool - here is some documentation:

I haven’t done too much with it myself yet, but I know it let’s you shift and trace your artwork, ensuring consistent volume.
