How to rig shoulders of front facing character with bones deformer?

Hi. Can anyone help me, because i think i am getting crazy, how to rig shoulders of front facing character?

When i create bones for shoulders , from one point in the middle of the chest, the character starts to break.

Deformers can only do so much. I like to break the shoulder lines up from the torso, and just use simple pivot- joints in the arms.
You can use kinematic outputs to create complex chains of deformers, so you can separate the torso, arms, shoulders, neck - but it can get messy.
