When I delete a shot, I can’t see how to get it back in the story board. Is there a way to re-import it? As it seems that it’s still in a file in the project, but in a unimportable format. But I’m probably wrong…

You could actually track the scene you had deleted you could actually import the drawings (files with the TVG extension) in the library of the software (using the Import File option in the bottom part of the library with a right click).
