How to make "Rays" radial?

Hi

I just downloaded the “Sapphire” effects. And one of these effects an effect called “S_Rays”.

It has three ports:
1_Source Port
2_Background Port
3_Mask Port

I connected my circle drawing to the first port (Source Port). When I connect it to the source port, I get rays. Like In this link:

However, What I Want is to have rays in all sides… not in one single side… like in this link:

How To Do That?
