how to Import images ,so that i can use as back ground …now i cant see jpeg pictures…may i know why? thanks!!

i took many pictures and plan to use it as the back ground…i can see the folders…but when i open the folder, i cant see the pictures inside…may i know why?

Make sure the JPEGs are using RGB values.
If you’re still having problems contact support
and provide a sample Jpeg.
