When I open function or velocity editor and zoom in, is there any opportunity to center on selected keyframe by command or shortcut? Or maybe there is a command to zoom in right to the selected keyframe how it is, for instance, in Adobe After Effects?
The function graph will scale to show the entire range when you close and re-open the function (or hit the “reset view” icon in the editor). You will have a blue line indicator on the graph for your current frame (if “Show Current Frame” is selected in the editor).
The normal zoom hotkeys work in the editor and if you hit the “reset view” icon it should show the current frame, although not always exactly centered.
