My Studio installation is corrupted, so I need to reinstall.
Support told me to drag the Studio folder into trash, delete trash and restart the Mac.
But when I did that and reinstalled the program, the welcome screen ‘remembered’ my previous settings. So these are obviously stored somewhere, probably along with other Studio files.
Thus, I need to know exactly what to delete - and I can’t just remove all files related to Toon Boom since I also have Animate…
EDIT: I found some Toon Boom Studio Global Libraries and a number of other Toon Boom Studio files and deleted them and tried again.
It didn’t help. The re-installed program even remembers my custom shortcuts.
Is it simply impossible to uninstall Studio? I’ve never experienced anything like it.
