How do you render a single frame as a JPG?

Currently, I’ve rendered the whole movie as a swf with no problems but I want to make a jpg from a specific frame (frame 150). I’ve tried using File > Export > Render Network (and OpenGL Frames)

Any exports as an image file just generates a solid black image.

Help is appreciated.

You probably need to add a colour card to your scene. The SWF format by default has a white background on it, but if you want to render an image with a white background you need to add a colour card.
