How do I check my posts?

If I post something on the forum here, how do I check what activity or replies that post or thread is getting?

How do I go back and check all my threads or posts (on other threads)?

Normally, in forums, if you go to your profile page, there are “view all posts” or “view all threads” options available. But there is nothing like that here.
