How can I tween individual points in a vector drawing?

So, I’m new to Harmony. But I’ve been animating in After effects and Flash and to a lesser extent Adobe Animate for a long time and I’m trying to find a way to keyframe and tween the position of individual points on a stroke. This is as simple as keyframing the path in After effects, but I’m completely stumped in Harmony. Where do I look? I think I have a pretty good handle on exposures and drawings, if that helps. Also, I’m pretty comfortable with deformers, but deforemers seemed like overkill just to keyframe three points and also the cheaper version of Harmony doesn’t have those, apparently.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
