How can I re-arrange workspace?

I know you can customize menus and the size of various windows, but is it possible to completely rearrange the workspace? As a right-handed artist, I would prefer the drawing window to be on the right. Its an awkward way to draw to constantly reach over to my left. I want something like this (image attached). Is this possible?

Yes, you can rearrange the workspace (Tab/Windows) as you see fit (as your img. layout looks). Just gab a Tab and move it to where you like, a grey space will show up when you can drop it in place. (Give it a sec., it is a bit finicky).
