How can I get a refund for paying a product that I didn't mean to purchase

Hello,
not sure if I found a right board for my problem.

So I purchased an annual plan for Toon Boom harmony and it wasn’t a plan that I was going to buy.
I immediately canceled my purchase right after payment transaction went through, but haven’t had a refund back yet.

Is it possible to get a refund for the plan that I paid-canceled?

I have the same exact question. And when I called them it was telling me to email them and then went straight to the voice mail. I am waiting for a response. Did you eventually solved it?
