Hi from Sweden!
I am currently working with Toon Boom Studio 6 and want to get a better computer when making my humble animations.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
What is most important? Lots of ram memory or the grafic card?
Would like to buy a ready made computer.

I use a PC and my budget is around 1000 - 2000 US$.
This little list should easily fall within that budget and provide oooodles of power, it is a PC i spec’d out for myself. Admittedly i use it more for gaming now that i use Macs for working.
Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHZ (Haswell) Socket LGA1150
Samsung SSD 250GB 6Gb
OCZ ZT 750W ‘80 Plus Bronze’ Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHZ Dual Channel
Extra 1GB Western Digital ( all that storage!!)
EVGA GeForce GTX 660Ti FTW 2048MB PCI-Express Graphics Card ( new range of cards launched end of this month will bring prices down I’m sure)
With all the other bits like CD drives, cases etc when i built it it was around £1100.00 ( approx 1770.00 USD )
Cant go wrong with an i5 processor, Solid State Drive and as much memory as you can afford ( decent memory, none of the cheap crap!)
Can’t recommend a supplier i’m not form Sweden, sorry
