purchased and downloaded training video for TBS. Now its on my computer as a zip file and nothing will open it. NOW WHAT? Any help is appreciated.

I have now downloaded this video zip file to my windows based computer and also to my MacBook Pro and both will not open. File may be corrupt I guess. what to do. I purchased this today and can’t do anything with it…AUUUUUGH!!!
