HELP! Scale x axis window cannot be edited

Often an ankle or hand or foot will look better than the other.
So I wil copy/paste it to the other side of my puppet.

When I add a pivot to this drawing sometimes it shifts so I am suppsed to go into layer properties and change the scale x axis from “-1” to “1” which usually fixes the problem.

Now I have a new problem because the scale x axis window cannot be edited. The text is gray and there is no way to change the “-1” to "1."

Please advise. :o

I right click the layer.
Select "Reset all values."
This allows me to flip the drawing and place pivot with no bad side effects.
