Help! My audio is working when I use scrubbing, but not when I'm playing the audio back

I haven’t used ToonBoom in a couple of years and repurchased the newest version of it.
I imported an Mp3 file for my part of an animation map, and the sound isn’t working.
But when I used scrubbing the sound was working fine.
I tried playing it back again but the sound won’t work.
Can anyone help me out with this?

Same issue with Storyboard Pro 22.
Audio syncs fine while scrubbing, but eventually lags by approx a second during playback.
Restarting SBP and reopening the file fixes it, but the issue reappears within an hour or two.
Anyone have a fix for this?
