i have toon boom studio 6 program ,the help file dosen,t start when i actvate
f1 on the key board, the kboard is working ok

This is not a reported issue, nor is it something I can reproduce. You can try to reset your preferences to see if that helps.
You can also access the same help file via the Start menu > Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Studio 6.0\Documentation
