Good afternoon, i have a big problem.

I have the Harmony Advanced student licence. When i run it, it goes as always, but when i try to create a scene or to open a file the software shuts off immediately. What can i do?

Can i uninstall and install it again? I ask this because i’m worried that i won’t be able to use the software again because i understand that i can use my licence only one time.

My main concern with your computer is the memory, the CPU and GPU will handle Harmony.
