Harmony trial crashes, asks for license

I was trying on harmony 14 when it suddenly crashed on me. tried to relaunch the software, says my “desktop subscription cannot be renewed”. Tried to input my account details on prompting but says my account doesn’t have a trial license for harmony and redirects me to the TB site to request for one. reinstalled Harmony. I tried getting another trial license using a different account, but pop up window says there is already a trial license installed. I reinput my previous(original) account particulars, says there is a license “Installed”. Still, harmony not launching properly.

Help.
