[Harmony Premium] Error message for the trial version


Once the trial version downloaded since my account, I login after the installation and he shows me “There is no trial license for harmony premium in your account”.
I have already tried with 2 other accounts but the same problem.
What do I have to make?

Contact support. Creating the extra accounts just complicates the problem.
Give details for all the accounts you created.
