I need to get started on an animation project due next month, and to do that, I need to put my animatic into the project for reference and sound. But every time I try uploading the animatic as an .mov file, the images are only a huge black square, and the sound doesn’t even work when I play it. I’ve tried using different import settings for the file, and I’ve tried updating (and downgrading) Quicktime, but I still run into the same issue. I was able to upload the animatic for my previous animation project just fine last time, but I don’t know why it’s not working now.
Is there anything I can do to make sure the animatic gets into my project?
