I have Linux on my desktop and Windows 8 on my laptop. Would I need to purchase 2 licenses? If so how much would the second license cost. Same as those who have both Mac’s and Win’s I guess. Lastly, I didn’t see the option for purchasing the Linux version.
I’d contact support, but I’d imagine it’s the same as having two computers with the same OS (which I did personally contact support about)-- you can use one license.
You need to open the license wizard on the computer it’s active on and return the license. Then open the license wizard on the computer you wish to use, and activate the license. Every time you want to switch you will need to do that. They told me you could do this a max of 5 times every two days. Probably more complicated than it needs to be, but it is what it is.
That said, I only saw download options for windows and OSX, though I do recall reading about Linux support somewhere?!?!? That you will definitely have to check with support about.
