Harmony isn't recognizing my Subscription License

Good Morning!
Since last friday my Toon Boom Harmony isn’t recognizing my active monthly student subscription. I’ve been subscribed for the past 2 years and had no problems like this before.
I already sent my student ID to be verified, tried activating the license through License Wizard and reinstaled the program, however the issue hasn’t been fixed yet.
I’ve searched it here at the Forums and, one year ago, users were having the same problem due to problems on the Toon Boom server itself. I wonder if that could be the case again.
