Issue just started after working fine;

For some reason the strokes when using the Brush tool won’t appear until after I lift off the Wacom Tablet I have. This only affects the brush tool and has no issues when I use the pencil or eraser even. Not sure if this is a setting I may have accidentally enabled, and I updated my GPU drivers/Windows and did a restart of the computer with no improvement. Any help would be appreciated. I have a video showing the issue that I can send too
