I used Harmony 12-14 for years with a license given by my school and it wasn’t like this before. When my school license ran out, I downloaded the trial for Harmony 16 and I’m glad I did cause this is a very strange and unexpected change. Are there any solutions to this? Toonboom was my animation software of choice but I can’t use it for freelance anymore if it’s like this.
I’m on a mac pro late 2013 running macOS Mojave version 10.14.4,
-3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5 Processor
-32 GB of Ram
-AMD FirePro D500 3 GB graphics card
I’m also using a 22HDT Cintiq with the latest drivers
Is there support or something I should contact directly? Anyone have any fixes? Thanks.
EDIT: I already tried with a Lazy Nezumi type software and it doesn’t change the results. Photoshop still looks fine and harmony still looks jagged. It just changes the pen feel/motion.
I’m having a similar experience. The lines are a little jagged/wobbly, especially when I draw zoomed out. It is better when I draw with the canvas at 100%, however it’s still not as smooth as Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint.
It shows how the lines look when I draw with the canvas at 100% and 40%.
I’m using a large Intuos Pro tablet. I’ve also tried using an iPad Pro with Astropad & Luna Display and I get a similar result with the lines. I’ve tried this on Mac High Sierra and Mojave. Could this be a Mac issue? Are Windows users having this trouble?
It would be good if any help is reported in this thread in case others are having this problem as well.
