When moving the cursor the focus gets stuck and the previous window remains highlighted. It happens more often when taking the focus off the “Top” window and going to the “Camera” tab.
This is super annoying and greatly affects the pace of work.
This is a bug introduce in Harmony 21.1.0, try going back to Harmony 21.0.3. Or if you can update to Harmony 22 where it is fixed.
