Harmony 17 not responding

I have installed Harmony 16 and the application was not responding after creating the scene.

I seem to have the same problem.
I tried to follow the video but it didn’t make a difference.
Also, I don’t have the option for “Maximum pre-rendered frames”. My graphics card is GeForce RTX 2060

Help would be much appreciated.

I also tried to reinstall my Graphic Card Driver and it didn’t work at all.

It’s very possible that your OS forced the use of your integrated Graphics Card that can’t handle OpenGL correctly and that will lead to a crash of the software.

I will share with you a video on how to create a profile, you can use those steps to any of our software.
