Hey, I recently installed Toon Boom Harmony 17 essentials to test it out. However upon start up of the software and pressing create scene it does not progress and goes to Not responding. Also I am unsure if this is normal but when I start the program it comes with a black dialogue cmd box, i think it’s called cmd. I’ll paste what it says below.
