I installed Harmony 16 today. Once I open Harmony it flash the ToonBoom splash screen and nothing follws. Anybody know how to get it working?
Please provide more details or better yet contact support to have a look.
Experienced the same thing. I just finished installing Harmony 16. The application opens, but after a few seconds, it crashes. A prompt says “A problem occured that makes the program run incorrectly” something like that… How can I fix this?
