HARMONY 15 KEEPS CRASHING I JUST GOT IT today! AND IT CRASHED TWICE

I Just got my subscription today and it crashed on me. what do i do? i wont stay open it keeps saying it will tell me a solution when they find it!

You have to check your computer to make sure that it has the correct specifications because if the video card or the memory is insufficient the program is going to crash.

What’s your operating system? If you’re on Windows you can check the Log on the Event Viewer or the Reliability Monitor to try to find the reason of the crash. If it persists contact Support and send them the crash data.
