Hard Drive Error? Can't Save

Hi, can a Toon Boom Admin advise me on what I should do please?

I updated my Mac Book Pro drive to the OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.5

I then went onto Toon Boom Harmony 12 Advanced to begin a new project, but the minute I go to save the file, an error message appears stating missing folder cannot write and something about the palette list.

I tried to open an old file and it stated things were missing there too.

I was wondering if it’s also an old version of Toon Boom that is causing the issue with OS X El Capitan?

I just downloaded Toon Boom Harmony version 14, and am currently trying to install it. I have a license key for version 14.

I don’t know how to sort it out. Please help me.

Kind regards,

Cat Egan.

Hi Catherine,

I spoke with our Support team. The first thing to do is to look at if the folder the error is occurring from is accessible. It could be missing, corrupted, or it could be several other issues.

The recommendation is to contact our Support team at support@toonboom.com.

They will be able to help you out.
