Sorry to say but you can’t sell a license to someone else as the contract says.

TOON BOOM hereby grants YOU a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and non-exclusive right to use the TOON BOOM ANIMATE PRO 2 software (the “SOFTWARE”)…

The person that buys it will have problem if they have to get a new license issued or some other issue, since the software is not registered to their name.
