Getting the brush to do thick and thin line?

Is this possible in Storyboard Pro? If so, how do I accomplish this?

Hi,

If your Wacom tablet is setup properly it should automatically detect and use pressure sensitivity to do the thick and thin with the brush and eraser tool.

Ugo

Well I’m pretty sure my Cintiq is set up just fine… it does thick and thin in other programs including Flash and Illustrator as well as Photoshop and Sketchbook Pro. But NOT Storyboard Pro.

Hi,

If you are on Mac go to the Driver uninstaller application and remove all preferences. If you are on Windows go to the start menu>Programs>Wacom Tablet>Wacom Tablet Preference File Utility. There use the the preferences file.

Make sure Storyboard Pro is closed while you are doing this. Then try to reopen it and let us know if it works.

Also you might want to change the Wintab setting available in the Preferences of the software in the Advanced tab (Use Qt Wintab Tablet Support (Need relaunch)).

Ugo

Please explain better. It doesn’t work either. I can’t find the advanced tab in preferences.

He means the “Advanced” tab of storyboard…

Menu->Edit->Preferences->Advanced Tab.
Note: Relaunch the software after making modifications here.
