Fujitsu Lifebook T4220 advice

Hi
I’m new to Toon Boom, recently set up TBASPro2 and Storyboard Pro2 on my Fujitsu Lifebook T4220. I have just started the tutorials, but TBASPro is crashing frequently, locking up the whole machine, not even responding to Ctrl+Alt+Del. It looks at this early stage that it might get emotional whenever I use the Wacom pen (doesn’t always crash immediately.)

I am wondering if anyone could point me towards a driver which might help this tablet (with wacom digitiser) play nice with TB? ALso I run 2 extra monitors off the tablet (one thru monitor out, one thru usb to vga) - has this caused problems for people in terms of crashing?

Thanks!
Adrian

With your Toon Boom application closed,

1. update your tablet drivers from the manufacturer’s website
and restart your computer (be sure to save any open data)

2. reset all preferences from your computer’s Pen Tablet Utility

3. if you have 2 monitors, set the one with the tablet and
ToonBoom as the primary monitor

Open your Toon Boom application and test.
