I’m experiencing frequent crashing of my toonboom software.

  • Most anything involving the timeline causes crashing.

  • EXTENDING EXPOSURES

  • CHOOSING ANOTHER SCENE

  • RE-ARRANGING THE ORDER OF LAYERS

  • ETC

These are just a few where crashes happen… consistently.

Is there a fix? What is the problem?

Any error messages when this happens?
Have you checked the Windows event viewer?

What specifically is your graphic card model?
Are you using dual display?
What is your desktop resolution?
