I can’t get the help on the trial version

check to see if you are running a “pop up” blocker on your system. This could be a seperate application or part of your browser. The help system uses your browser for displaying help and I have seen it conflict with a pop up blocker before. If you aren’t running IE for your browser and you are using something else that could also be a possibility. If all else fails do a reinstall of the trial version but I’m betting it is your browser or browser settings. -JK

Don’t hesitate to ask questions as you evaluate TBS during your trial. It is very good software and extremely flexable, but it also can be a bit perplexing until you use it a little. -JK
