Possible reasons:
1.Your computer does not have Quicktime installed, just go to download one for free, and then re-run ToonBoom.
2.If you still have problems after installing Quicktime, it may be that your graphics card driver, you needs to go to the graphics card official website to manually download the latest driver of the corresponding version.
