Maybe there is a way to do this, but I have not found it. What I would like to do is replace an entire scene (including all it’s panels) with a new blank scene (now just a single panel) without disrupting the scenes duration, or the sync that follows it in the timeline view.

Or you could simply select all and cut the imagery from the layers.
Quickest way I can think of, is to have scene duration locked (Storyboard>Lock Scene Duration), create a new clean panel within the scene, select the others and delete them…
(or create a shortcut for select all panels scene and command click to deselect the clean one)
