Eye Dropper in Colour Picker window

Hey there,

I have been having a strange issue. When I use the eye dropper in the Colour Wheel window it will not grab any colors, or at least not the correct ones.

For example: If I need to grab the color green from an imported image, or even a vector line created BY Toon Boom, I cannot as the dropper’s color preview (the box that shows you what color is under the dropper icon.) is constantly flickering through seemingly random colors. The flickering only occurs when I move the cursor. So when I stop moving the cursor it stays the most recent “random color” and rarely is it the actual color of what is under the eye dropper.

The issue occurs on ALL the computers in our studio, as well as our personal computers. They are all Mac’s, some iMacs, some Macbook Pros, they have OS’s varying from 10.4 to 10.8. And they all run Toon Boon Animate 2.

Is there anyway to fix? Does anyone else every have this issue? Maybe I am using it incorrectly and need some direction.

Just to clarify, I am not talking about the Dropper tool that is on the tool bar, but the one that is in the Colour Picker window. (The window that shows up when you modify the colours in your colour palette.)

I can post images if this post is confusing. It is my first post!

Thanks in advance for any light you can shed.
