I’m trying to export the toonboom panels as QT at 23.98. I can’t set my properties in the project to playback at 23.98 but can tell it to export at that rate. When I do, though, it exports at 24 which is what my project is set to.I tried to then set my project to 23 and export it at 23.98 but it exported it at 23.08.am I missing something?thanks!
