We have a number of storyboard artists on different machines and want all the formatting of the PDF’s to be consistent…
is there a way to save out profiles from one machine and share it with another one?

Yes you can. You can copy the XML files containing the profiles to all the machines in the Preferences location.
The files is named pdfoptions.xml
On Mac: /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Preferences/Toon Boom Animation/Toon Boom Storyboard Pro/full-1200-pref/pdfoptions.xml
On Windows: C:\Users[user_name]\AppData\Roaming\Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Harmony\full-1200-pref\pdfoptions.xml
You can copy this file and paste it for all the users who want to use the same consistent layouts.
