Hi I am exporting on mac a video using animate pro 2,
the filename is near 30 characters in length.
but when exporting the lat part of the filename is replaced by #E327DA,
or by another hexadecimal number.
but if I use quicktime to open it and save as, I can save it with the comlete filename withut problem…
i’m running snow leopard. exporting a file named “abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz12.mov” triggers the behaviour that you describe. the AFP limits names to 31 bytes but my drive is local so it shouldn’t be limited.
the file can be renamed in finder with no issues.
