Exporting an Animation

I am trying to export an Animation I made, but it exports as a .xstage file. How can I make it into a .mov or .mp4 file?

It can not open whenever I try to play it.

Export as an image sequence (.png or .jpg ) and then use a video editor and export the video with sounds etc.
