Export

Hi,

If i Export a movie, I have this message : - Frame unable to create shared memory segment, error : QSharedMemory::create: out of resources .

The scene is in 4K.( 130 frame only ) I have not this problem in Final Cut .

If I export in TGA, the images have no good size.(in export window the size is 3840x2160 but the result is 2476x1393 ??? )

Can you help me ?

OSX 10-9-2 Imac 27 I7 3,4GHZ 16 Go RAM.

It is due to shared memory issue that on some application, it uses shared memory and that causes fail to create a Quick Time movie when it is trying to use the shared memory and blocked due to occupation.
You can type ipcs -a in Terminal to see which application on which user is using shared memory.
Normally, restarting your machine resets the usage but if some application is fully occupying shared memory all the time but not meant to be, you can stop that service by checking it from Terminal.
