export to mobile phones

Does anybody know how do you go about saving or exporting animations for use on mobile devices such as phones? and also how do you upload it (if that is the right term) onto a phone. I think that flash is supported on a lot of modern phones.

Well, save your movie as a QuickTime movie…
Go to QuickTime / File / Export / Movie to iPhone/iPod…
Open (double-click) that movie (.m4v) into iTunes…
Connect your iPod/iPhone to your computer (the icon appears in iTunes)…
Drag your movie into your iPod/iPhone…
