Error installing Toon Boom Harmony 14 Advanced - Error 1335

I just bought Toon Boom Harmony 14 online via the monthly payment and proceeded to install the program, however I have run into an error during installation saying:
“Error 1335. The cabinet file ‘’ required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.”
My internet is fine and I have nothing in the disk player, any suggestions to fix this issue?

The same issue for me, and customer service is closed until January 4th.

This issue is also happening upon trying to install Storyboard Pro 5.1 as well. Hopefully we can find a solution because, even running as administrator it still errors out.

I’m a year late, but was a solution ever found for this? I’m having the same issue.

The installer is an exe or a dmg which you just run.
I don’t know how you’re getting errors related to a cab file
so please contact support if you’re having this issue.
