error 50003

HELP I can’t open toonboom 12 or storyboard after reactivating it 04/01going through support, I can’t find any information on this code.

This just happened to me too. Have sent an email to Toon Boom, plus opened a ticket with support, but no word back. Anyone able to shed some light on this one? I can’t get into my Harmony Premium 12 install, nor this trial, even though it’s showing that my trial has begun. Most vexing! :frowning:

I am sorry you had this issue. Could you confirm that Support has got back to you and troubleshooted you issue?
I think they did, but please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue.

Please, I’m making the same mistake and I do not know what to do.
Now this message appears: “the license wizard could not renew your harmony premium desktop sudscription.”

Please contact support, this may be due to some security setting or program recently
installed/modified on the system.
