el capitan mac osx and toon boom?

i crash every single time i try to open toon boom. sometimes it will open, and other times itll crash every time i try to open it for hundreds of trys. it’s really frustrating… why isn’t it working? help please!

i’m using el capitan on an iMac mid-2010. working great so far.
